For Ottawa chef Briana Kim’s new vegetarian fine-dining restaurant and fermentation lab, I created a brand inspired by her thoughtful, seasonal approach to food. The identity centers on a hand-drawn amphora logo, an ancient vessel for fermentation, and a palette of warm, earthy tones of clay and stone. This extended into seasonal postcards, icons, and social media assets, all reflecting Antheia’s natural, precisely crafted aesthetic.
